Disclosure No.2 (Regarding REAL ESTATE PRINCIPLES, 18 MONTH, 4 YEAR RENEWAL and the 8 REAL ESTATE BROKER PREREQUISITE COURSES  MENTIONED ON THIS WEB SITE.  I am currently  in the process of writing these courses.  Once I have finished writing them I will submit them  to the Department of Real Estatea for their perusal and approval.  In the meantime call me regarding  the above-mentioned courses and I will refer you to one of my  cooperative schools.  I have arranged for a special discounted price that they will charge you. (Important) After  you enroll in the above mentioned courses  with the schools recommend call me and I will tutor you regarding the above-mentioned courses and make you comfortable with each course for an additional fee.)

Disclosure No. 3.   (Regarding Credit Cards.    If it is necessary to credit back any amount for any reason you will lose $50.  Do not use a credit card unless you agree to these terms.  You may not use someone else's credit card.  You must bring  the same credit card and a California  drivers license to the tutor session and the names on the same credit card and drivers license must match.  If they do not match it will cost you more money.) Credit card and  credit card information "account number, expiration date, security code, and street address relative to the credit card" must be provided several days before the session.

Disclosure No. 4.  (No one is allowed to take notes in any of my programs.  Anyone taking notes, accused  by me of taking notes or turned in by someone else for taking notes, will be thrown out of the entire program and will not receive any refund whatsoever.   Do not  participate in my sessions unless you agree to these terms.)

 Disclosure No. 5. (All private tutoring fequires a $100 cash deposit in advance. Your $100 Cash Deposit Is Nontransferable. If you change  or modify  in  any way your tutor session or sessions" for example the date or dates of your tutoring, the time  or times of your tutoring or number  of  hours requested in advance for your tutoring", cancel an appointment, or fail to show up for your tutoring you will lose your entire $100 cash deposit regardless of the reason.No exceptions!
